A girl named Clarissa found this poor homeless thing in a parking lot – the kitten was hiding under one of the cars. The kitten was weak, and the girl immediately took him to the vet clinic.
The thing that immediately caught my eye was the animal’s ear. It was damaged, and after examining the vets, there was only one way out – to amputate the ear.
“Before the surgery, my boyfriend and I were asked if we wanted to keep the kitten. We said yes!” — Clarissa recounted.
Vesper survived the surgery and returned home with a new owner, but the road to recovery was more challenging than expected. Five days after surgery, Vesper stopped eating and playing. The boys took her to the vet again. This time the kitten was found to have parasites and a virus affecting her immune system.
Because of the disease, Vesper is a little shaky when walking; otherwise, she is a perfectly cheerful and playful cat.
Vesper is very attached to her owner. If Clarissa goes to the bathroom – the kitty runs after her; if she works – the cat is immediately on her laptop. In addition, Vesper likes to “talk” to her beloved mistress. A year later, the one-eared wonder has grown into a gorgeous kitty with amazing eyes of different colors.
Clarissa would never have thought that this cat would become her favorite and a chance to meet and help would change her life.
“Honestly, I can not imagine my life without this cat. I am very used to him, and he to me”, – the girl says.
We can not imagine what support and comfort our furry friends give us. They can snuggle, hug, purr, and immediately become calm. And if they have some defects, it only makes them even more charming. We understand how vital these cats are and how they fight for their lives and health!
