Instinct is a powerful thing, no matter what you do. If many people can’t resist it, what about animals that can’t critically evaluate their actions?
Today’s story is about a pet cat’s baser instinct. Emily, the cat’s owner, told the story about her smart cat.
Even though female cats are a bit more problematic than cats, the woman decided to get herself a female cat. The thing is, the woman remembered a cat that Emily had as a child.
Emily got a kitten and was waiting for the time to be spayed. She waited a little longer than usual. In her second year, the cat had surgery. The cat survived it fine, but she hid under the couch for three days afterward.
Emily thought the cat’s biggest problem was solved. But so thought the owner, and the cat had an opinion. After a while, she brought a kitten from the street! The cat just picked up and got the kitten.
The best part was that she began to behave like an ordinary recently calved cat: she spent a lot of time with him, fed him (the cat had milk), protected him from unwanted guests, and came running if she heard him squeak.
It is a case where the cat’s owner thought she had done everything right, and the trouble had passed. However, the cat outplayed its owner.
Now the question worries me: How is the cat who had her kitten snatched from under her nose? Is she worried, running around the bushes day and night, looking for it? Or vice versa, did the cat save the little kitten from death?
