A blind cat named Purr was saved from starvation and death by a kind-hearted woman.
A woman, Owner Purr, kept an incredible number of cats in her apartment. The rooms were filled with garbage, and the animals did not have enough water or food. They died of unsanitary conditions and starvation.
Countless cats met a gruesome end in this woman’s apartment. Was Purr one of the few that survived?
Purr was blind: her eyes had been removed due to an infection, but that didn’t stop her from being active and playful.
She lived in a shelter, felt very confident, even without eyes, and was affectionate and trusting. The chances of Purr being taken away were negligible, but a miracle happened.
“I decided to take Purr because I wanted to give warmth and care to this animal! It’s hard for people to decide to take in an invalid because many additional problems arise. But this is a completely different case. Purr-fly is the most affectionate creature I have ever seen! And she is no problem at all. She is very kind and affectionate.”, says the mistress of Purr.
When the kind-hearted woman saw Purr, she knew she had to take her in. Even though Purr was blind, she was still active and playful. The woman took her in and gave her the love and care she deserved.
Despite being sick, Kitty quickly got used to the house and became friends with the Labrador. She would walk on it and even rub it against the dog! Purr-fly played, ran, and jumped like any active cat, understanding where walls were and when she needed to go through doors.
Now, Purr is living happily with her new family. She is loved and cherished, and she knows she is safe.
