Meet Scarlett. This brave little fighter is a cancer survivor. But this rare form of cancer forced sweet Scarlett to amputate her left arm.
But that hasn’t stopped her from living life to the fullest!
The Tipton family wants their daughter to be content and healthy, so they try to look for a way to make her feel like someone finally understands her predicaments. Little Scarlett enjoys felines a lot, and for months now, the family has been visiting various shelters in attempts to adopt a cat or kitten with whom she could create a close relationship.
“We wanted to have a little kitten to grow up to have something like her,” said Simone Tipton, her mother.
However, One day, the family saw an emotional story about a 3-month-old kitten who recently had one of its legs amputated. They decided then and there that this special kitty deserved not only a lifelong friend but also wanted to provide it with a forever home. That’s how they met the kitten at Campus For Animals in San Jacinto.
The Tipton family says they are grateful to have found such a special cat who has brought so much joy into their lives. They hope that others will be inspired by Scarlett’s story and see that anything is possible with a little determination and much love. Thanks for reading! Until next time…” She’s been through so much, and she’s still such a sweet girl,” said Tipton. “It just warms your heart.”
