Maisie, the Stray Cat Who Became a Mother to 10 Kittens

Maisie had a tough life. She was born as a stray cat and spent most of her days scavenging for food in the alleys of New York City. But one day, everything changed for Maisie. Rescuers found her pregnant with four kittens, but they also found another litter of 6 kittens nearby – their mother cat was nowhere to be found. So they took the six kittens and gave them to Maisie, hoping she would accept them as her own. And miraculously, she did!

Maisie became the mother of ten kittens and loved them all equally. She nursed them, protected them, and taught them how to survive on the streets. It was a difficult life, but Maisie and her kittens made it through together.

Wilma is a kind-hearted foster mother to Maisie and her kittens. Now the cat was able to raise her children in warmth and love. She had everything she needed: toys, a house, and a soft bed. Most importantly, she had a family who loved her.

Maisie had full paws with ten hungry mouths and rarely left them for the first two weeks. She indulged their every whim, and if one of them started to cry, she immediately attended to him and showered them with licks. They were her everything, and she was theirs.

Maisie did a phenomenal job making sure her children were clean from head to tail and never went to bed on an empty stomach. Wilma worked alongside her mother, feeding the kittens twice a day.

Eventually, the kittens grew up and started exploring the world independently.

Today marks exactly one year since Maisie and her kittens were rescued from the streets. They now live in a loving home together and are finally safe and sound. We’ll never forget the fantastic story of Maisie, the stray cat who became a mother to ten kittens.
