“Help”: How One Post Saved a Cute Little Kitten Crying in the Dark of Night

The Cat Rescue Organization in Westchester County, New York, is a non-profit organization that rescues kittens and cats. They have a 24/365 hotline that people can call or text to get help for their feline friend. On the morning of June 17th, they received a message called “Help.” The sender told them that a kitten was crying behind a fence.

Volunteers from the rescue organization immediately investigated and found Milton standing behind the fence and meowing for help. Thanks to one quick text message, this kitten was saved!

As it turned out, Milton sat behind the fence all day; he meowed and cried; he was even heard by other people but did not pay attention. And at night, when the message came, they immediately went to look for the kitten.

Milton was malnourished and dehydrated, but he is now healthy and happy, thanks to the Cat Rescue Organization. A kitten might not have been alive today if it hadn’t been for that text message.

Milton was a little scared, but that’s okay. After a while, he will understand that now he is safe.

“Milton is a lush but cute kitten. Fortunately, he looks healthy. We’ve seen worse cases; he’s lucky to have been heard in time. Welcome to the good life, little one!” – said the rescuer.

Later, Milton wanted to be adopted because he was incredible, but rescuers said he would have to stay in the shelter for some time to get to his feet and live without problems! Milton is a very lucky kitten!
