Cat Gets Some Help from Canine Buddy to Raise 7 Kittens While She Learns to Trust

Hamilton Animal Services worker Kim found a pregnant cat wandering the community and took her to safety. A few days later, Banksy’s mother gave birth to seven healthy kittens in an abandoned lot. Thankfully, Salty Animal Rescue came to the mother’s aid and took all the kittens into their foster care program.

Salty Animal Rescue is a 501(c) non-profit organization that relies on donations to continue its work rescuing animals. They are based in Jacksonville, Florida, but have rescued animals throughout the United States. Salty Animal Rescue has a team of volunteers who socialize and care for the animals in their foster program.

“At first, mother was not very happy with people, but still allowed me to sneak up on a few pets. It was about 5 1/2 on the scale of spices, but if we work a little, we knew that we could bring it to a solid level alone “, – shared Kim.

A few days later, Banksy’s mother gave birth to seven healthy kittens. Her dog friend came to the mother’s aid.

A dog named Carly intervened to help clean up the babies and moved the cat family to a cozy, warm nest. A few hours later, Banksy’s maternal instinct worked, and she tried her best to care for her kittens.

Kim admits that she is very happy to see the rescued little kittens. And she is even happier that Carly is doing such a good deed and is always with her new mother.

Banksy’s mother was so relieved that she was still trying to adjust to the life of a domestic cat. The kittens are now eight weeks old and ready to be adopted into loving homes!
